The Hunguest Hotel Gyula' s Erkel Hall with its 390 square meters of conference space can accommodate up to 295 people and the Salon (the hall's lobby) can accommodate up to 150 people in the case of theatre-style seating. Smaller meetings and gatherings can be held in our smaller section rooms.

We have all the technical equipment you need for a successful event.
Our hotel has the following technical equipment:

  • flipchart boards
  • flipchart projectors (1 fixed in the Erkel room, 2 mobile)
  • projection screens (1 built-in in the Erkel room, mobile in the section rooms)
  • sound system (1 in the Erkel room (mobile), 1 in the lecture room (mobile), 1 in the lecture hall (mobile)
  • microphones (2 wired, 2 mobile)
  • laptop (1)

Technical assistance is available on request.

Coffee breaks

  • Type I coffee breaks: coffee, mineral water (sparkling and still), soft drinks (sparkling and still)

Buffet breakfast and dinner with a choice of Hungarian and international flavours. Individual requests are also catered for and our chef will prepare a special menu for conference guests.
